About Travis

Since 2017, Travis has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life build strength, confidence, and lasting health. Many of his clients started out feeling intimidated by the gym or overwhelmed by the endless and often conflicting fitness advice online. Travis specializes in cutting through that noise and providing clear, practical guidance so clients can focus on what actually works.

Whether someone is completely new to strength training or looking to take their performance to the next level, Travis creates straightforward, effective training plans that meet clients where they are and move them forward with confidence. He has worked with youth athletes, police, healthcare, blue collar, busy parents, teachers, and even post-surgery and post-physical therapy patients.

Simply said - there isn't a background you could come from that makes Travis uncomfortable.

Beyond coaching, Travis brings a strong academic and athletic background to his training. He has been a college professor of anatomy and physiology since 2017, giving him a deep understanding of how the human body works and adapts to training. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and an amateur Muay Thai fighter, bringing real-world performance experience into his coaching.
